- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Information Technology, Digital Businesses, or a similar field.
- Availability to work under a hybrid modality in our Quito, Ecuador office.
- An advanced level of English is required, as you will communicate daily with our international clients and team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to be efficient across multiple projects.
- Openness to feedback and change in fast-paced, shifting environments.
- Empathy and effectiveness in interactions.
- Tackles challenges with initiative, takes ownership of tasks, and quickly learns to navigate complex systems.
- 1+ year project coordination experience.
- Experience or understanding of Agile Methodologies and the software development life cycle. Move above?
- Certification as a Scrum Master or PMP is a plus.
- Experience with some of the following project management tools, including Asana, Salesforce, MS Project, Jira, Monday, or Clickup.
- Build strong client relationships, gather requirements, and report progress clearly and consistently, aligned to their specific business goals.
- Act as the primary connection between international stakeholders and delivery teams, bridging time zones and maintaining a single, reliable source of truth.
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth communication across distributed teams and clients.
- Run an effective Agile cadence, planning, reviews, and retrospectives that keep the team focused, predictable, and continuously improving without unnecessary processes.
- Translate stakeholder goals into well-formed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and a prioritized, groomed backlog.
- Partner with software developers, UX/UI designers, and other cross-functional teammates using cutting-edge technologies to meet deadlines and maximize value across diverse industries.
- Translate complex business needs into a clear delivery plan, setting priorities that balance near-term wins with long-term product health.
- Execute story-level QA against acceptance criteria, run exploratory tests, and log actionable, reproducible defects.
