  • Promotes and sells air travel with American airlines, prepares itineraries, compute fares, issues refunds, prepares and issues tickets
  • Answer inquiries regarding general travel information
  • Reconcile auditors coupons with cash received, personal checks and credit card vouchers, calculate total revenue received
  • Must be able to accomplish personal audits
  • Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision

  • Knowledge of reservations and sabre skills
  • Average oral and written communication skills
  • Candidates must meet public contact profile
