From adults-only havens to family-friendly retreats, opulent villas, and intimate urban escapes, our client offers unparalleled experiences for travelers.As a BILINGUAL SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their guests’ journey. Your passion for travel, sales acumen, and commitment to excellence will shine through as you engage with customers. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, providing valuable information about their resorts, amenities, local attractions, and personalized recommendations based on each guest’s interests.RESPONSIBILITIES: * Customer Engagement:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from direct consumers, travel agents, and loyalty club members.
  • Assist guests in planning their dream vacations by understanding their preferences and tailoring recommendations accordingly.
  • Share insights on local attractions, hidden gems, and must-see experiences.
  • Sales and Conversion:
  • Leverage your competitive edge to convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Promote special offers, packages, and exclusive deals to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and persuasive communication style to drive sales.
  • Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Become well-versed in our properties, amenities, and unique selling points.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates, events, and enhancements across our portfolio.
  • Address guest queries with confidence and accuracy.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other team members, including reservations, concierge, and marketing teams.
  • Share guest feedback and insights to continuously improve our services.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably within a call center.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Native/Bilingual English is a must. Spanish, Portuguese, or French a plus.
  • Solid ability to multi-task with strong computer navigation capabilities.
  • Exceptional listener with the skill to effectively communicate.
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfortable learning new computer applications.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and energetic.
  • Must be flexible to work within call center hours and adapt to business needs.
  • The ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Must have an office-like space with high-speed internet access and own a computer or laptop.
  • This is a 100% remote position, open to candidates in Latin America and the Caribbean.
