- Proactively engage with LinkedIn connections by messaging, liking back posts, and starting conversations.
- Utilize LinkedIn for lead generation by reaching out to targeted individuals and initiating connections.
- Track all interactions and connections using our CRM system.
- Send out multiple profile requests daily on LinkedIn.
- Log accepted connection requests in the CRM and schedule follow-up tasks for further engagement.
- Monitor LinkedIn messages and log conversations in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
- Assist in managing LinkedIn and email correspondence, including drafting responses and organizing communications.
- Watch client calls and send proposals based on provided pricing information.
- Customize messages and proposals as needed, based on individual client needs.
- Create lists based on client-provided criteria, such as accounting firms in NY/NJ without websites.
- Conduct lead generation activities during spare time, using available tools and resources.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn required; familiarity with LinkedIn Navigator is a plus.
- Strong writing skills essential for proposal creation and customized messaging.
- Ability to utilize thoughtful thinking to understand and create engaging writing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and prospects.
- Ability to research and customize responses for effective communication.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred, but not required; willingness to learn simple CRM system.
- Knowledge of Slack and lead generation tools beneficial.
