We are a leading branding agency specializing in brand design and website development. Our mission is to help individuals and businesses stand out in their respective industries. We are seeking a proactive LinkedIn Assistant and Lead Generator to join our NY based team.The RoleResponsibilities:LinkedIn Engagement and Lead Generation:
  • Proactively engage with LinkedIn connections by messaging, liking back posts, and starting conversations.
  • Utilize LinkedIn for lead generation by reaching out to targeted individuals and initiating connections.
  • Track all interactions and connections using our CRM system.
Connection Requests and CRM Management:
  • Send out multiple profile requests daily on LinkedIn.
  • Log accepted connection requests in the CRM and schedule follow-up tasks for further engagement.
  • Monitor LinkedIn messages and log conversations in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
Email Management and Proposal Support:
  • Assist in managing LinkedIn and email correspondence, including drafting responses and organizing communications.
  • Watch client calls and send proposals based on provided pricing information.
  • Customize messages and proposals as needed, based on individual client needs.
Lead Generation and Research:
  • Create lists based on client-provided criteria, such as accounting firms in NY/NJ without websites.
  • Conduct lead generation activities during spare time, using available tools and resources.

  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn required; familiarity with LinkedIn Navigator is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills essential for proposal creation and customized messaging.
  • Ability to utilize thoughtful thinking to understand and create engaging writing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and prospects.
  • Ability to research and customize responses for effective communication.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred, but not required; willingness to learn simple CRM system.
  • Knowledge of Slack and lead generation tools beneficial.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
