- Produce design assets for paid media campaigns (Meta and paid social platforms).
- Create graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Support packaging updates and product design refinements.
- Deliver multiple creative iterations quickly while maintaining quality standards.
- Execute campaign assets aligned with marketing calendars and launch timelines.
- Execute designs within established brand guidelines and visual systems.
- Maintain pixel-perfect accuracy across digital and print deliverables.
- Prepare files for both print production and digital deployment.
- Ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Understand how creative decisions influence conversion, engagement, and performance.
- Iterate designs based on testing results and performance feedback.
- Support structured creative testing workflows and variant production.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize creative output.
- Work closely with the Director of Creative Strategy and Senior Designers.
- Take feedback constructively and implement revisions efficiently.
- Contribute to meeting aggressive creative deadlines.
- Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting CPG, DTC, or e-commerce brands (brand-side or agency).
- Exposure to A/B testing or conversion-focused design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality execution and production-ready design.
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-output creative environments.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing for paid media, email, and web platforms.
- Experience in subscription-based or high-growth DTC brands is a plus.
- Understanding of print production and packaging preparation is a plus.
