Provide attentive, solutiondriven support during every interaction with customers
Participate in team meetings to align on goals and share best practices
Prepare clear and accurate daily and monthly reports to track progress
Follow up proactively with all assigned clients via calls, emails, and messages
Collaborate closely with fellow team members to achieve shared outcomes
Gather valuable customer feedback Google Reviews
Maintain accurate, uptodate records of client statuses and contact outcomes in our CRM
Make 60 customerfocused calls daily to support the overall customer journey
Complete a list of cancellations and follow up on customers casesRequirements
At least 1 year in remote customer service or sales
Experience in insurance preferred
Strong customer engagement and communication skills in English at least C1 level required
Fulltime availability to work onsite at our office in El Batan, Quito
Immediate start availability
Service hours Monday to Friday at least 1 Saturday per month, 0930 a.m. to 600 p.m.
