We have a global telecommunications infrastructure through satellite links.We offer more than 500 operational stations, equipped with cutting-edge technology and highly trained personnel to provide solutions to customer issues.We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales Agent to join our team.You will be responsible for handling inbound calls during overnight hours, delivering outstanding customer support with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is persuasive, energetic, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.We currently have two shifts available:
3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
6:00 AM - 3:00 PMAmong your key responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful transactions.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer questions or objections effectively.

Requisitos:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

BeneficiosSalary: $650 - IESS
Performance Bonus ($100 - $250)
