Recent graduates or final-year students from Mechanical, Electrical, or similar engineering disciplines.
No prior work experience required.
100% availability to participate in the program.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Willingness to travel as required.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Strong innovation and learning attitude.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Your responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:1.Training and Development:

Comprehensive training modules covering technical skills, industry knowledge, and soft skills.
Hands-on experience through real-world projects and assignments.

2. Mentorship:

Guidance and support from experienced professionals in the field.
Regular feedback and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

3. Work Environment:

Exposure to various departments and functions within the organization.
Opportunities to work in shifts and adapt to different work schedules.

4. Travel Opportunities:

Participation in site visits, client meetings, and industry conferences.
Exposure to diverse work environments and cultures.

5. Innovation and Learning:
