We are looking for talents in the area of human capital, at a national level who are interested in living in Cuenca FUNCTIONS • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including finding, interviewing, and hiring top talent nationwide.

Interview Coordination: Conduct thorough and effective live interviews via Zoom, ensuring a professional and seamless environment.
Training & Development: Facilitate and manage training programs for new employees, ensuring seamless integration into our diverse and global team. • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support and guidance as needed.
Human Resources Policy Execution: Implement and enforce HR policies and practices in alignment with global standards.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. • Management of social benefits
Management of absenteeism, leave, contracts, payroll review.
Knowledge of Ecuadorian law

RequisitosEducation: University Human Capital Management, Psychology, Human Capital Administration Advanced/intermediate handling of Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook) (excluding) Possess experience in similar human capital positions.
