- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis in the international remittance and payments industry across key regions.
- Design and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Create compelling and customized presentations to communicate Remitee’s value proposition to potential clients.
- Support the active management of existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to improve service and deepen relationships.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with Operations, Tech, Compliance, and Treasury teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution.
- Leverage internal data sources to extract insights and prioritize service enhancements.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) to generate reports, identify trends, and guide decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the fintech, payments, banking, or digital wallet industries (preferred).
- Experience developing commercial partnerships in LATAM and/or the US is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Advanced English is required.
