We are seeking a Facebook Advertising Specialist to plan, launch, and manage high-performing paid social campaigns. You will be responsible for leveraging Facebook Ads to drive growth and revenue for our clients. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and confident navigating the backend of Meta’s advertising tools.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage Facebook Ad campaigns aligned with each client’s business goalsImplement and configure Facebook Pixel and Standard Events for accurate trackingDevelop custom and lookalike audiences to optimize targetingMonitor and adjust campaigns to ensure peak performanceCommunicate regularly with Account Managers to align on client needs and strategiesProvide daily campaign updates and optimizationsDeliver clear, insightful reports on campaign performance on a weekly or monthly basisRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ad campaignsStrong understanding of Facebook Ad objectives and optimization strategiesProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExcellent organizational and analytical skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications (Not Required):Facebook Blueprint CertificationExperience with Facebook ChatBots or Messenger automation toolsWhy Join Us?
