- Oversee daily operations across property Caretaking & Maintenance.
- Guest Support / Customer Experience.
- Serve as the primary operational escalation point.
- Ensure homes are consistently 5-star guest-ready.
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members aligned with company culture.
- Lead department managers, coordinators, and field teams.
- Oversee vendor and service provider coordination.
- Implement quality assurance inspections and documentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and response times.
- Track KPIs related to readiness, staffing, and service quality.
- 4 - 8 years of experience in operations leadership (hospitality operations preferred).
- Typical schedule Monday–Friday; flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Hourly rate starting at USD $10/hr (approx 1800$/month; final rate will be experience-based).
