This senior leadership role manages both Property Caretaking and Guest Support departments and ensures operational excellence across staffing, property readiness, vendor coordination, and guest experience.This role requires a strong hospitality operations leader capable of building scalable systems, recruiting strong cultural fits, and maintaining high service standards.Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across property Caretaking & Maintenance.
Guest Support / Customer Experience.
Serve as the primary operational escalation point.
Ensure homes are consistently 5-star guest-ready.
Recruit, interview, and hire team members aligned with company culture.
Lead department managers, coordinators, and field teams.
Oversee vendor and service provider coordination.
Implement quality assurance inspections and documentation standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and response times.
Track KPIs related to readiness, staffing, and service quality.

Requirements

4 - 8 years of experience in operations leadership (hospitality operations preferred).
Typical schedule Monday–Friday; flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong leadership presence.

Hourly rate starting at USD $10/hr (approx 1800$/month; final rate will be experience-based).
Annual pay increments.
