- Is in their final semesters of Graphic Design or a related degree, or have recently graduated.
- Possesses strong English communication skills (B2 or higher) for effective collaboration with international teams.
- Has experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Can share a portfolio of academic or personal design projects.
- Brings creativity, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn in a professional setting.
- Shows foundational knowledge of UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Video editing in tools like Adobe Premiere.
- Design marketing, sales, and HR templates, including documentation templates, presentation decks, one-pagers, and internal communication materials.
- Assist in creating and adapting social media assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Occasionally, assist with capturing photo and video content of the team and office activities for internal and external use - including basic light photo editing and video editing.
- Support the creative process and actively participate in brainstorming sessions by researching design trends, inspiration resources, and competitive benchmarks.
- Assist our design + marketing teams in maintaining and communicating visual brand consistency.
- Provide support on website content updates (as needed) by contributing to visual audits and creating page layouts aligning with the existing design system.
- Participate in structured learning modules covering visual design, UI/UX, and design systems.
- Stay updated on current design trends, accessibility best practices, and design tools.
- Mentorship & Coaching: Dedicated sessions with senior designers to review your work and provide guidance on your growth.
