You will interact closely with clients to ensure their marketing needs and goals are understood and met. You'll work under the guidance of the COO and collaborate with a marketing coordinator team, helping devise and implement strategies that drive client success. Strong communication skills, budget management, attention to detail in content creation, quality assurance, expertise in email marketing, and marketing automation are crucial for this role.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact, collaborating with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Provide expert input on the digital customer journey and navigate complex client negotiations.
  • Coordinate SEO, Social (Organic/Paid), Google Ads, and high-level email automation workflows.
  • Direct marketing coordinators and creative teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
  • Monitor campaign data via Google and Meta tools to deliver actionable insights and ROI.
  • Manage strict campaign budgets while performing QA on all copy and creative assets.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and implement strategic adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain expertise in emerging platform trends (TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.) to keep campaigns competitive.
Requirements
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, content creation, social media, and Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

  • Hourly rate starting at USD 1288$/month (final rate will be experience-based).
