We have experience in offshore team-building and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.About This Role:We're hiring a Data Specialist to support established 8-9 figure eCommerce brands across apparel, CPG, sporting goods, home, and pet. This role focuses on connecting ERP, Shopify, 3PL, EDI, and analytics systems, building reliable data pipelines, and automating operational workflows. The ideal candidate is technically strong, operationally aware, and comfortable working closely with COOs and Supply Chain leaders in a high-growth, multi-channel environment.Key Responsibilities:Connect and maintain integrations between ERP (NetSuite), Shopify, 3PL, WMS, and EDI platformsBuild and manage clean, reliable data pipelines across operational systemsWrite and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data validationDevelop dashboards and reports for inventory, orders, wholesale, and financeBuild and maintain automations using tools like Parabola, Zapier, and Make.comAudit data accuracy across systems and proactively resolve discrepanciesImprove operational workflows by eliminating manual processesSupport wholesale/B2B data operations and EDI integrationsPartner with Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders on data-driven decisionsDocument system architecture, workflows, and automation logic for scalabilitySoftware/Platforms/Tools:NetSuite or comparable ERP systemsShopify (DTC) and Wholesale/B2B platformsSQL (advanced query writing)Parabola, Zapier, Make.com or similar automation toolsEDI platforms (SPS Commerce, Celigo, Orderful - plus)Google Sheets / Excel (advanced)BI and reporting tools3PL/WMS systemsSlack & Google WorkspaceMarketing analytics tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale - plus)Qualifications:3-5 years of freelancing experience.Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level)3-5+ years in data, systems, or operations roles within eCommerceStrong hands-on NetSuite or ERP experienceAdvanced SQL proficiencyProven experience building automationsExperience supporting $20M+ revenue brands preferredStrong understanding of inventory, fulfillment, and wholesale dataExperience in multi-channel environments (DTC + B2B)Independent, proactive, and systems-orientedShift Schedule:Monday to Friday, with required overlap during U.S. business hours
