We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Overnight Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. You will handle inbound calls during overnight hours, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate is persuasive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful transactions. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer questions or objections effectively.RequisitosRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
