We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of prior recruiting experience with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, attract top-quality candidates and deliver results in a competitive market.This is a part-time remote position based in Quito, Ecuador , where you will collaborate with a US-based team to conduct sourcing, manage pipelines and support candidate outreach using CRM tools. Candidates must be fluent in English. If you are passionate about recruiting, data-driven sourcing and building strong talent pipelines, this role is for you.Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement and coordination through to placement
  • Conduct online research to identify and compile potential candidates for open positions
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Google and sourcing platforms to generate and verify leads
  • Input, organize and manage candidate data in CRM systems
  • Assist with outreach campaigns and follow-ups to prospective candidates
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sourcing opportunities
Qualifications and Key Skills
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Must have prior recruiting experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Proven success sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates in a competitive market
  • Proficiency in CRM software and candidate tracking tools
  • Excellent written communication skills for outreach and candidate engagement
  • Strong internet research and data mining abilities
Other Requirements
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo or similar platforms
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Excel and data management tools
  • Reliable computer, phone and internet connection for remote work
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized and meet deadlines
Location
Remote – Quito, EcuadorCompensation
  • $6/hour starting rate (20 hours per week) opportunity for full-time within 30 days
