- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for U.S.-based companies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job intake and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Data Engineers, Product Managers, Cybersecurity, Cloud, etc.).
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical competencies, problem-solving skills, and cultural alignment.
- Partner with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.
- Stay up to date on IT hiring trends, in-demand tech stacks, and compensation benchmarks.
- 3–5 years of experience recruiting IT or technical roles for U.S.-based companies.
- Strong knowledge of technical positions such as Software Engineer (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack), DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer, Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Product Manager, Cybersecurity roles, and IT Support.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and evaluate core technical skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
- Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).
- Experience recruiting remote tech talent in LATAM or the Philippines.
- Familiarity with independent contractor hiring models and compliance requirements.
- Experience hiring for startups, SaaS companies, or high-growth tech environments.
- Basic understanding of common tech stacks (JavaScript frameworks, cloud platforms, DevOps tools, etc.).
- Background in staffing agencies or tech-focused recruitment firms.
