We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a hunter mindset, responsible for generating new business opportunities in LATAM by combining outbound prospecting, marketing initiatives, and collaboration with strategic partners.This is a consultative and autonomous role, focused on building a high-value pipeline with enterprise and mid-market clients.Responsibilities
- Cold prospecting via LinkedIn and email
- Pipeline generation through outbound campaigns
- Conducting discovery meetings with clients
- Operational use of HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Hub) for pipeline and campaign management
- Planning and execution of demand generation initiatives:
- Webinars
- Content syndication
- Digital campaigns
- Relationship management with strategic partners (SAS, Salesforce, Insider, CleverTap, etc.)
- Execution of co-marketing campaigns with partners
- Coordination with internal pre-sales and delivery teams
- Remote
3–5 years in Business Development / B2B Sales
Experience selling MarTech solutions (essential). At least one of the following: Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, SAS CI360, CleverTap, Insider (or similar)
Experience with enterprise or mid-market clients
Experience in LATAM (ideal)
Fluent EnglishKnowledge
