- Lead PR strategy and execution for MSLK clients, focusing on beauty, wellness, and sustainability brands in the US market.
- Identify story opportunities and secure placements across digital, print, podcast, and emerging channels.
- Build and manage your own PR systems and processes, working independently while collaborating across teams.
- Support MSLK’s own PR initiatives in coordination with Marketing.
- Interface directly with clients, providing guidance, strategy, and reporting, while aligning PR work with their business goals.
- Track, report, and analyze PR metrics tied to measurable client outcomes.
- Stay ahead of the evolving media landscape, including the shift to e-commerce editors, affiliate media, and metrics-based PR measurement.
- 5+ years in PR with a strong track record in the US market.
- Based in Mexico with excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with beauty, wellness, sustainability, or design-centric brands.
- Strong autonomy and ownership mindset.
- Comfortable pitching, building media relationships, and speaking directly with clients.
- Deep understanding of metrics-driven PR and its integration with brand and digital strategies.
- Knowledge of the shifting editor landscape and modern PR models.
- Has led PR initiatives for US brands and is seeking to build something significant.
- Has a clear, modern vision for PR and is ready to implement it with the right team.
- Thinks strategically and executes decisively.
- Understands how PR serves business outcomes, not just coverage.
