THE ROLEProvides expertise and assistance to resolve problems/issues on T24 application raised by Temenos customers in the region. The individual is expected to work closely with Technical Support Team and assist customers with a variety of different questions, concerns and problems in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each case from beginning to end.
OPPORTUNITIES

You will provide guidance and advice to less experienced Product Support consultants in case of complex issues.

You will have strong proficiency in the tools, systems, procedures that are used to accomplish the job.

You will track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern.
You will be responsible for maintaining positive and loyal relationship between Temenos and its customers.

You will analyze, debug and bug fix.

SKILLS

You should have 5+ years' experience in customer support required.

You should be bilingual in English and Spanish

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Technical knowledge: Desired Experience on T24 Administration and Web Services on TAFC and TAFJ environments (desired experience), INFOBASIC programing, JAVA, Databases as jBase, Oracle and MS-SQL, operating systems knowledge of UNIX and Windows, Performance optimization.
You should have expertise in Java, Data Structures & Algorithms.
You should have good understanding of SQL Databases

You should have good knowledge in Programming techniques.
