THE ROLEProvides expertise and assistance to resolve problems/issues on T24 application raised by Temenos customers in the region. The individual is expected to work closely with Technical Support Team and assist customers with a variety of different questions, concerns and problems in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each case from beginning to end.
OPPORTUNITIES
- You will provide guidance and advice to less experienced Product Support consultants in case of complex issues.
- You will have strong proficiency in the tools, systems, procedures that are used to accomplish the job.
- You will track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern.
- You will be responsible for maintaining positive and loyal relationship between Temenos and its customers.
- You will analyze, debug and bug fix.
- You should have 5+ years' experience in customer support required.
- You should be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Technical knowledge: Desired Experience on T24 Administration and Web Services on TAFC and TAFJ environments (desired experience), INFOBASIC programing, JAVA, Databases as jBase, Oracle and MS-SQL, operating systems knowledge of UNIX and Windows, Performance optimization.
- You should have expertise in Java, Data Structures & Algorithms.
- You should have good understanding of SQL Databases
- You should have good knowledge in Programming techniques.
