- Upload posts across our social channels and keep everything on track.
- Craft short, engaging, on‑brand copy (witty when appropriate).
- Reply, comment, and interact with prospects and communities in our voice.
- Track basic metrics, flag wins and underperformers, and suggest tweaks.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, features, and content styles on Instagram and other social platforms
- Create a monthly content calendar. Keep it updated, organized, and easy for the team to review.
- Update internal docs, organize assets, and perform various administrative tasks
- 1-2+ years in a VA, marketing support, or social media assistant role.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, Canva (or similar tools).
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle small tasks across multiple accounts.
- Independent communicator in a remote setup.
- Creativity and innovative point of view
- A good visual eye—you notice when something looks “off” and fix it.
- Availability for 100 hours/month with some overlap in CET or EST.
- Have experience working with agencies or remote creative teams
- Know your way around basic design tools like Figma and Adobe Express
- Enjoy learning on your own and figuring out how to make things better/faster/easier without needing a playbook
