We鈥檙e looking for a talented Senior Designer with a strong background in digital product and eCommerce site design. As a Senior Designer, you鈥檒l work closely with our Creative Directors and cross-disciplinary teams to translate strategy and research into clear, compelling, and effective digital experiences.This role is hands-on. You鈥檒l design, prototype, and refine your work. You鈥檒l also play a key role in ensuring the quality of work across the team, especially by supporting junior designers and helping guide their output toward successful delivery. You should enjoy solving complex design problems and thrive in a collaborative environment working with teams of designers and developers.What You'll Do
- Design thoughtful, user-centered digital products and eCommerce sites that balance business objectives with real user needs.
- Review and provide feedback on the work of junior designers to help elevate the quality and clarity of the overall design output.
- Collaborate with researchers, content strategists, developers, and other designers to bring ideas to life from concept through execution.
- Present your work clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients, explaining the thinking behind your decisions.
- Partner with Creative Directors to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery across projects, proactively flagging risks or areas that need additional support.
- Work within existing design systems and brand guidelines to provide optimization services to existing clients and websites
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Contribute to and help evolve our design process, tools, and internal standards.
- Stay curious. Keep up with industry trends, emerging technology, and best practices, and bring new ideas to the table.
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products, websites, or eCommerce experiences.
- Experience designing for common content management and eCommerce platforms, such as Wordpress, Sitecore, Shopify, Optimizely, and more.
- A portfolio that showcases exceptional attention to detail, a clear design process, and the ability to solve complex interaction problems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. You know how to tell the story behind your work.
- Experience collaborating on multidisciplinary teams. You understand how to work with researchers, content strategists, and developers.
- A balance of independence and teamwork. You can own your work, but you鈥檙e always open to input.
- A natural inclination to mentor others and help raise the bar for design across the team.
- Prior experience in an agency or studio environment.
- Familiarity with Figma, design systems, and component-based design.
