We’re looking for a detail-oriented Designer with top-notch visual skills and a passion for digital product and eCommerce design. You’ll bring strong craft and clear thinking to multiple projects, collaborating with senior designers, Creative Directors, and developers to deliver work that’s both beautiful and effective, from early concepts to polished, launch-ready designs.What You'll DoDesign user-centered digital products and eCommerce sites that balance usability with brand impact.Develop moodboards, style directions, and design systems that connect strategy to execution.Support multiple projects at once with organized, hands-on design work.Work closely with developers to ensure smooth hand-offs and accurate builds.Prepare clean, developer-friendly design files, specs, and assets.Apply a sharp eye for detail across typography, layout, spacing, and interaction states.Present your work clearly, take feedback openly, and contribute to team critiques.Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices.What You Bring2–4 years of digital design experience, ideally on websites, apps, or eCommerce.A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft and a detail-oriented approach.Strong design and prototyping skills in Figma and other common tools.Familiarity with design systems and responsive design best practices.Experience collaborating with development teams and preparing design hand-offs.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.Solid understanding of user experience design principles.Strong communication and collaboration skills.A curious, positive attitude and a desire to keep learning.Experience in an agency or studio setting is a strong nice to haveFamiliarity with designing platforms such as Sitecore, Shopify or Optimizely also strong nice to haveAbout VerndaleVerndale is a digital experience agency dedicated to driving growth by helping businesses create meaningful human connections in an increasingly digital world.
